    Great beacon Love this beacon. I use it for recreation and training for work. It is easy to use, easy to understand, has a great range and is very reliable. The only reason I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 is it can sometimes take a little longer to update the readout when traveling too fast. The fix to this is to be slower and don’t overrun your readout.     Great Value and Easy to use! I bought two of these to use while taking my girls snowmobiling, the display is large and the functions are very easy to use helping both beginners and experts quickly adjust from send to find mode.     When it counts Great unit that holds its own when it matters most. Have been used in multiple practice scenario rescue operations. Clear, concise, and accurate information. Has surprisingly long battery life, and I often find myself changing the batteries far sooner than the unit would tell me out of old habits, I suppose.

    Simple and effective This was the first beacon I purchased to start my Back country expeditions. It’s super simple to use and will save my life one day. Definitely worth the money. Battery lasts super long. The chest strap system fits around my body really comfortably. Would recommend!
