Designed for both crag days and rest days alike. Combining a closed sandal style with a lightweight approach shoe, this hybrid design is suitable for hiking up to the crag, belaying between climbs and hanging out after a day in the mountains. With fully collapsible heels, the shoes are easy to slip on without untying the laces – ideal for quick transitions. Our Mammut Swiss Design outsole featuring sticky rubber provides reliable grip on approaches. There’s also plenty of toe room for enhanced comfort so your feet can relax between attempts on your project. The Alnasca Belay Low shoes are a versatile choice whether you're navigating the approach or relaxing at camp.
Crag shoe Not the stickiest, but they are incredibly comfortable. I would buy another pair when these wear out. Loved the white at first but it’s hard to keep them clean, as expected.
From Mammut DKToo big Unfortunately they are very loose
From Mammut DKThey're great but size a They're great but size a bit larger. I normally wear 6. 5 in hiking shoes, trail runners and mountaineering boots, but these a too big. I think I would have liked to sized down to a 6 or even 5. 5 Though what's nice about these shoes is the back can easily bend down, and it kinda becomes sandals which is nice when you're belaying and slipping of your climbing shoes.
From Mammut DKComfortable & stylish My new favorite shoe. They're comfortable, stylish, and great for technical hikes and approaches. I wear them everywhere!
From Mammut DKGreat for cragging These fit really well and are a gorgeous colour. I really put them through their paces on the first day - forgot my B3s at the dry tooling crag, so ended up putting crampons on these and I was impressed they held up. . . although wouldn't recommend this use to others! Where they really excel is in being a useful approach shoe for short nultipitch crag days that you can slip on a
