I love the color and comfort of the hat. Is super soft and warm. I do have to say it started to pile pretty quickly. Is this something I can bring into the shop to fix? Out side of that I love this hat. My new go to.

Quite dissatisfied with the durability. The beanie has developed significant pilling, and threads are coming loose from the bird logo, even though it has only been hand-washed once. I would have expected better quality from a €60 beanie.
