Long sleeves with awful cuff The jacket looked great online, but after only a few days of wear, the sleeves stretched out and now feel noticeably longer. The cuffs are practically nonexistent, with no structure to keep their shape, so the ends just hang awkwardly and make the jacket look unfinished. Great midweight synthetic belay jacket Really great midweight belay jacket for PNW conditions. I find the DAS light a little too light in colder conditions, but the Nuclei SV has way too much insulation most of the time. This replaces my DAS light but can work for much colder conditions. It also looks pretty decent for a trip into town unlike most belay jackets.
