Top Tier Jacket This jacket is one of my favorite synthetic midlayes out there. The hood fits over a helmet, but has adjustments when a helmet isn't being used, the collar goes up high enough for good coverage, the cuffs are comfy and much better than other similar jackets, and the pockets are nice and deep.
