• Sealed seams provide waterproof protection; a durable water repellent (DWR) finish helps moisture bead up on the surface
• 3-piece hood has dual adjustments for a fine-tuned fit, and stows away when not needed
• Hook-and-loop cuffs adjust to seal out wind
