• This waterproof luggage roll for your handlebar employs easy 2-way opening access, making it the perfect dry storage for soft items like clothes or sleeping bags
• Bag helps to secure a balanced distribution of gear and weight across your bike
• Lightweight, sturdy polyurethane-coated ripstop nylon construction is PVC-free; internal stiffener increases stability
• 8 spacers and 2 straps with side-release buckles plus hook-and-loop straps secure bag to the handlebar; can be mounted to carbon handlebars
• Compression straps and elastic cords; 4 alloy hooks adjust the compression straps or can be used to attach the Ortlieb Accessory-Pack (not included)
• Air-release valve easily purges the bag of trapped air, allowing for tighter compression
• Two 3M Scotchlite reflectors provide low-light visibility
