Description

Designed in conjunction with downhill racer Troy Brosnan, the Maxxis Dissector EXO+ 3C MaxxTerra tire seeks to minimize drag while retaining cornering control—so you'll feel confident on the descents.

Features
  • Center knobs are all heavily ramped to minimize drag but retain sharp, flat edges along their backs to provide strong braking traction
  • Small sipes give the knobs additional flexion, increasing their surface area during braking and aiding the transition to the edge blocks when cornering
  • Distinct channels along either side of the center knobs, along with ample spacing between all lugs, help to clear debris
  • 3C MaxxTerra compound is an intermediate triple compound configuration that offers improved traction, better treadwear and less rolling resistance
  • EXO+ layer in the sidewalls offers medium-duty puncture protection and is suitable for all-around trail riding
  • Durable 60 tpi casing helps ward off damage from rocks and roots
  • Small butyl insert around the bead protects the tire from pinch flats and helps prevent rim damage
  • Tubeless-ready tire must be mounted to a tubeless-compatible rim and use a liquid sealant in order to retain air
  • Tubeless-ready tires offer ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance (compared to a tube-type tire) and decreased chance of flatting
  • Can be used as a front tire, rear tire or both, depending on trail conditions
  • Recommended for dry to loose trail conditions
