Description

Made with an open and aggressive tread design intended to find traction in loose conditions, the Maxxis High Roller II EXO 3C MaxxTerra DH tire provides a looser, drifty feel desired by some riders.

Features
  • Modified knobs on the shoulder and center improve braking performance and traction on hard surfaces
  • Large channel between the center knobs and side knobs provides a drifty feel on loose terrain
  • 3C MaxxTerra Compound is an intermediate triple compound configuration used in mountain tires that offers improved traction, better tread wear and less rolling resistance
  • Maxxis Downhill casing is made with 2 layers of durable 60 tpi casing material along with a large butyl rubber insert that extends from each bead into the sidewall
  • Butyl insert helps prevent pinch flats, protects the rim from impacts and provides additional sidewall stability
  • EXO puncture protection is a cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls for enhanced durability
  • Tubeless-ready tire must be mounted to a tubeless-compatible rim and use a liquid sealant in order to retain air
  • Tubeless-ready tires offer ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance (compared to a tube-type tire) and decreased chance of flatting
  • Recommended for loose trail conditions
  • Wide Trail (WT) size (27.5 x 2.5 in. only) is optimized for 35 mm inner width rims
