Description

Fine-tune your sleeping comfort with the innovative Sea to Summit Comfort Plus insulated sleeping pad. It boasts 2 independent layers of air cells, Thermolite® insulation and an integrated pump.

Features
  • Exkin Platinum fabric and Thermolite insulation combine to prevent radiant and convective heat loss, keeping you comfortable on cold nights
  • Double layer of Air Sprung Cells™ supports you with dozens of tiny flexing points (not just a few large chambers), so you won't bottom out if you roll on your side
  • Each layer has its own valve; if you do end up with a puncture in one layer, the other layer remains fully functional
  • This also allows each layer to be pressurized independently; higher pressure on the base protects against uneven terrain, while a lower-pressure top makes for soft sleeping
  • Offset dot-welds in the 2 layers deliver uniform insulation and cushioning
  • Airstream Pump is integrated into the base of the stuff sack for easy inflation
  • Multifunction valve allows quick inflation, deflation and fine-tuning of air pressure
  • Liquid TPU lamination process provides a stronger, more consistent bond than traditional roll-to-roll film lamination, virtually eliminating delamination issues
  • Antimicrobial treatment is added to the TPU to prevent mold issues caused by warm, moist air trapped inside the mat
  • 40-denier ripstop nylon face fabric offers the right balance between weight and durability
  • This pad has an R-value of 5, which makes it best for adventures in cold weather; it provides considerable insulation from ground temperature
  • Most sleeping pads we sell range from 1.0 (good for warm weather) to 5.5+ (for use in extreme cold); the higher the R-value, the more insulated the pad
  • Includes repair kit with 6 self-adhesive patches for fixing punctures in the field, plus a spare silicone one-way valve insert
  • For extended storage, the mat should be laid flat, folded as few times as possible with valve open
