The Ortlieb Twin City pannier converts to a shoulder bag that actually looks like a shoulder bag. The height-adjustable lid flips over to cover the Quick-Lock rail and hide its pannier alter ego.

• Convert pannier to a shoulder bag by inserting the metallic hook on the opposite side and then attaching the soft shoulder strap
• Offers room for a tablet and has internal organization with pockets to keep things tidy; non-waterproof, zippered outer pocket stows little items like keys
• Second outer pocket stores the shoulder strap while Twin City Urban is used as a pannier on your bike
• Main compartment is accessible via the zippered fold-down flap; closure hook can be fixed on either side
• Ortlieb QL2.1 attachment system allows fast and easy single-handed mounting and removal of the pannier to almost any rack or carrier (rack not included)
• System is adjustable without requiring any tools, and is suitable for racks with a tube diameters up to 16mm; includes reduction inserts for 8, 10 and 12mm diameters
• Can attach to carriers with a larger diameter via an optional 20mm hook; not included
• Maximum weight load of the pannier is 20 lbs. (9kg); be sure to also check the maximum weight capacity of your rack/carrier before loading
• Do not exceed the maximum capacity of pannier or carrier; regardless of weight, the use of panniers may significantly influence the handling properties of your bicycle

• Note: To obtain IP53 protection standards against dust and splashing water coming 60° to the vertical, the roll closure must be entirely closed
