Great beacon Love this beacon. I use it for recreation and training for work. It is easy to use, easy to understand, has a great range and is very reliable. The only reason I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 is it can sometimes take a little longer to update the readout when traveling too fast. The fix to this is to be slower and don’t overrun your readout. Overall, one of the best beacons I’ve ever u

Great Value and Easy to use! I bought two of these to use while taking my girls snowmobiling, the display is large and the functions are very easy to use helping both beginners and experts quickly adjust from send to find mode. Overall we are very happy with these transceivers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable avalanche beacon.

Great cost friendly beacon. Used Great cost friendly beacon. Used this plenty of times in the backcountry, it has never failed and has always been reliable. Sometimes it is hard to get it back into the case when strapped to your chest. Great for beginners or experts alike.

When it counts Great unit that holds its own when it matters most. Have been used in multiple practice scenario rescue operations. Clear, concise, and accurate information. Has surprisingly long battery life, and I often find myself changing the batteries far sooner than the unit would tell me out of old habits, I suppose.

Easy to use The functions are really intuitive, feels like a high quality product, and the display helps making find a buried beacon a little easier. I hope I never need to use it for real, but just having it on gives me piece of mind
