  Great belt for hiking I like the firmness of the material used in the belt. The plastic "buckle" mechanism is easy to use and I had never had it release unexpectedly. The width just fits on my pants/shorts (Fjallraven) but the strap keeper adds just enough bulk to make it necessary to attach the belt before I put on the clothing.   At first I was disappointed At first I was disappointed on how this belt seemed to loose over time. After a 14day backpack sheep hunt I noticed that the belt almost seemed self adjust to the perfect fit to keep everything in perfect position.   Useful belt... Its self-adjustable stretchy, elastic woven band holds the waist of your pants securely. It stretches and tightens with your movements. Better than fixed hole belts...
