Performs Really Well, Minor Design Flaws This is a very cool jacket, great for breathability in high intensity outdoor activities while still providing a layer of insulation. It has a thin shield on the exterior, providing a protective barrier to the ultra breathable polartec insulation that would be very fragile otherwise. Warmth and lightness A super warm and lightweight jacket. I've never owned a jacket with such a good hood, which doesn't restrict head movement when wearing a helmet, and doesn't slip off. It can also be adjusted well without it.

Like Most Mammut Products This Thing Is Epic Excellent warm to weight ratio. Light face fabric but remarkably wind proof. Used as both a mid-layer and outer layer for downhill skiing and just everyday walking about.
