GORE-TEX Stretch technology is also used in specific sections of the pants for a superior fit. Optimized from top to toe, the Nordwand cut allows maximum freedom of movement when climbing. Great pants, odd fit I had to go up two sizes from a 6 to a 10 because the sizing is so weird on all this brands ski pants. They are all so short, now I have pants with a bunch of extra room in the rear and they look a little absurd. Other than sizing they work great for ski touring.

Love these shells I've worn these pants ski mountaineering on Breithorn and Monte Rosa in April. They held up pretty well on rocks, ice, and snow. I like the Velcro on the legs which helps prevent tripping over with crampons on like my other pants. I've tried using the bathroom zipper and do not find it useful with all the hardware and ice screws attached but I'm sure they'll be convenient when I'

Useful but a bit restricting These pants work well and keep out the wind, snow and wet. They do restrict my movement a little bit as I go up steeper Hills.
