Description

Whether you get your thrills charging pillow lines or cruising corduroy, the Original Grass Sticks bamboo ski poles are lightweight, incredibly strong and built with the environment in mind.

Ключевые факты

• Full bamboo shafts have the tensile strength of steel and a compressive strength greater than concrete
• When cut to the length of a ski pole, the species of bamboo used provides the perfect combination of rigidity and flexibility so it won't snap or kink like aluminum can
• Hand-sanded and finished with a UV-, moisture- and coldproof clear coat
• Grips are made with soft, grippy rubber that stays put in your hands
• Straps are fixed length, made with 100% recycled polyester and are interchangeable (additional straps not included)
• 4 in. medium baskets are large enough for powder, but flexible so they won't get snagged on trees, brush or bumps; baskets are interchangeable (extra baskets not included)
• Premium nonslip carbide tips provide stability, even on the iciest of snow
• Traditional carbon fiber and aluminum ski poles are mined from the earth, industrially manufactured and mass produced, placing a burden on our environment
• Per acre harvested, bamboo produces 3x as much lumber as trees, absorbs more CO2 and produces more oxygen than any other plant
• These poles are built by (self-professed) ski bums in Steamboat Springs, Colorado
• Manufacturer offers an unlimited 2-year warranty plus a 30-day fit and satisfaction guarantee; see manufacturer's website for more info and warranty registration
