Description
A jack-of-all-trades for demanding mountaineering adventures from backcountry skiing to ice climbing. The Eisfeld Guide hybrid softshell pants are made with a hybrid blend of technical materials for excellent breathability, flexibility and protection from the elements. Gore-Tex Infinium™ material and partially taped seams protect you fully from wind and are extra water repellant around the exposed areas, such as the seat, knees and lower legs. The other parts are made of highly breathable and durable softshell double weave fabric. The Eisfeld Guide boasts plenty of extra features as well. Rugged crampon protection, removeable and adjustable gaiters, lots of convenient pockets and well-designed details make the Eisfeld Guide a high-quality, versatile pair of softshell pants for alpine expeditions.

Best pants I have used These pants are so versatile. Legs adjust out for ski boots or back in for climbing and hiking. Gators are also adjustable and actually work. Vents are big and functional. Pockets are perfect for use with harness. They keep me dry and warm. Have used them with just a base layer to 20 degrees. Mammut is quickly becoming my favorite brand. Quality is top notch.

Amazing pants Fit great I did size up to the 36 but the the traps worked perfect, wore them touring and loved them . Soft shell but warmth was great

Great product, really comfortable. Sizes Great product, really comfortable. Sizes a little small, the 48 is my normal size but is tight and wouldn't allow anything in the pockets. 50 is a better fit, particularly given the velcro adjustment and braces

Rock solid pant! Great fit, athletic but true to size, excellent waterproofing (Oregon ski days), side zips and ventilation work well. Not sure if purchase at full retail but on this deal this is one hell of a good pant. The built in gators, that are removable are really nice. Excellent attention to detail. What I expect from Mammut.

I look better then I climb for once They never seem to get in way. Loose yet not baggy. So far pretty weather resistant. I poked a hole in it of course just above the protective. Pretty sure there is a natural law around that. Thumbs up!
