Description

Delivering consistent 10- or 11-speed shifting performance on rough terrain, the Shimano Deore M5120-SGS rear derailleur uses Shadow RD+ tech to boost stability and reduce chain drop, slap and noise.

Points clés
  • Shadow RD+ system features a clutch and chain stabilizer that can be switched on or off to match terrain, reducing chain slap for a quieter ride and better chain retention
  • Versatile design is compatible with 2 x 10- or 11-speed drivetrains and 1 x 10-speed drivetrains
  • Design reduces chain tension in low gear
  • Low-profile design avoids damage from rocks
  • Maximum low sprocket size: 42-tooth when used with a 2 x 10- or 11-speed drivetrain, or 46-tooth when used with a 1 x 10-speed drivetrain
