Description

Ideal for XC racing or light-duty trail riding, the Maxxis Forekaster EXO 3C MaxxSpeed tire features a spiky tread pattern for loose or wet conditions during the spring and fall.

Points clés

• Widely spaced knobs provide excellent traction and shed mud quickly
• Siped knobs conform to terrain and provide extra grip for secure cornering
• 3C MaxxSpeed compound for XC features 2 compounds in the outer layer that are specially formulated to reduce rolling resistance and optimize treadwear and traction
• EXO puncture protection is a cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls for enhanced durability
• Tubeless-ready tire must be mounted to a tubeless-compatible rim and use a liquid sealant in order to retain air
• Tubeless-ready tires offer ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance (compared to a tube-type tire) and decreased chance of flatting
• Recommended for loose to wet spring/fall trail conditions
