Description

A hard-charging, directional freeride board, the K2 Alchemist combines powerful construction and premium technology to deliver an aggressive ride in all terrain for experienced snowboarders.

Points clés

• Directional Camber profile features tip-to-tail camber for superior edge hold and response at all speeds
• Responsive, powerful S1 Core is constructed from aspen, paulownia and bamboo, with strategic alignment under the bindings for precise power transfer and pressure distribution
• Spectral Braid technology features carbon woven at various angles throughout the body of the board to provide variable torsional stiffness
• This creates a torsionally stiffer snowboard in the tip and tail to promote edge hold while keeping it more relaxed between the feet for easy turn initiation
• Triax fiberglass is woven at 3 angles for tip-to-tail and torsional stiffness
• SpaceGlass™ is a supremely durable, precured fiberglass insert that reduces swing weight in the tip of the board
• Carbon Power Fork inserts stiffen the tail of the board for rowdy landings and maximum stability
• SnoPhobic topsheet reduces snow adhesion to the top of the the board to keep things quick and light
• Recess3D topsheet removes excess material and reduces swing weight
• Wax-infused sintered 4001 base is hard, fast and holds wax well
• This is the freeride flagship board of the K2 Snowboarding Landscape Collection
• Snowboard deck and base colors may vary from online photo
