Description

Boasting supreme float and rally-car-like handling, it's easy to see why the Jones Hovercraft splitboard has a cult following. It deftly handles blower, crud or crust one and the same.

Points clés

• Directional rocker nose and tail offer impressive float; camber between the feet delivers supreme edge grip
• Classic Core has been profiled for better torsional response between the feet
• Forever Flex production process helps break in the woodcore and stringers so board flex is even and responsive right off the bat
• Inner/Outer Traction Tech 2.0 edges provide confident stability riding through tech terrain or unexpectedly rough snow conditions
• Sintered 8000 base is hyperfast and factory-waxed with Wend Natural Wax
• Engineered wood veneer topsheet damps the ride and absorbs board chatter
• Steel edges and ABS sidewalls are recycled
• Bio-Resin is formulated with bio-based materials, reducing the board's carbon footprint by 33% over conventional all-petroleum-based epoxies
• Strong, low-profile Karakoram Ultra Clips 1.0 deliver excellent compression between board halves and are adjustable so you can maintain even compression as your board ages
• Using Active Joining Technology, the Karakoram Tip-Lock Tip Clips quickly lock and clamp the tips of your splitboard with the flick of a lever
• Jones Quick Tension Tail Clips attach to precut tail notches and eliminate the need for a traditional skin tail clip (skins not included)
• Snowboard deck and base colors may vary from online photo
