Description

Built for endless exploration on pavement, gravel or hard-packed terrain, the WTB Byway Light tire features a smooth centerline that transitions through grooves and peaks to corner-grabbing knobs.

Datos clave

• A slick centerline minimizes rolling resistance then transitions into angular grooves that encourage swiftness on pavement and channel water away from the center
• Diamond-shaped peaks create the supportive intermediate tread to provide steadfast traction under power
• More substantial side knobs extend down the sidewall to provide puncture protection and the extra bite you need while cornering
• Dual DNA Compound delivers efficiency, traction and durability; fast-rolling centerline features firmer rubber while softer, slow-rebounding side knobs improve grip/control
• Standardized Tubeless Compatible System (TCS) nearly eliminates flats and allows lower tire pressures to improve traction and comfort over a traditional tubular tire
• TCS Light tubeless casing features 1 layer of casing to minimize rotational weight while increasing the overall liveliness of the tire
• SG2 puncture protection technology provides bead-to-bead coverage to ensure both the tread and sidewall are protected from slashes and punctures
• Ideal for pavement, dirt, gravel and hard-packed terrain
