Description
The Workhorse Keylock screw carabiner sets standards for handling and performance. The ergonomically shaped carabiner fits perfectly in your hand. The generous geometry, the textured grip area on the straight gate, and the improved keylock make it easier to clip in and out. The innovative profile construction makes it extremely robust while saving weight. The polyester sling provides a secure grip; a robust sling protector keeps the lower carabiner in place and reduces wear. A bright orange indicator shows that the sling and protector are correctly attached to the carabiner. It gives you the freedom to focus on climbing.

Workhorse draws are some of my favorite Draws are more of a commodity to me, but I do prefer key lock carabiners and a bent bottom gate. These are a good value for the money. Petzl Spirits are considered to be the "gold standard" in my region, but I can't really tell the difference, maybe a few grams in weight. These also go for $5 less MSRP than Spirits. Love these! These are my favorite quickdraws. While they look more bulky/heavy in the photos, they were much lighter than I anticipated (but still of extremely high quality). I'll be getting more sets of these in the future for sure!

Awesome quickdraws They feel really sturdy. Thick dogbones and carabiners are big, and snappy. I have big palms so it feels great to grab those carabiners while clipping.

High Quality Purchase I purchased these as a replacement for older BD draws and so far the Mammut Workhorse Keylock 12 cm Quickdraws 6-Pack have been a solid choice as clipping feels smooth, weight feels well balanced for how durable they are, and placements feel straightforward so are suitable for both those new to the spot or those looking for a workhorse of a draw.

Some of the best nylon leash draws I generally prefer dyneema leashes but I also love these. They are built like tanks, not overly heavy, and the leashes are great to grab when projecting. Highly recommended.

Super good quick draws Mammut rarely misses, and once again, this is a great value. I ended up losing one at some point, so I bought another set of the pinks. I liked them so much. First, the gate is at least for me is very pleasant to clip and has not changed in that regard. I have put probably 150 climbing days on them so far, along with the same Mammut rope that I bought alongside the draws. Yo

Great Handling Draw These draws are a bit on the beefier side, but they feel great. I have used them on sport climbs, ice climbs, and a couple trad climbs. I find they clip and unclip really smoothly, the dogbone shape feels very secure in your hand (like it would be hard to drop) and if you’re desperate they are easy to hold on to!
