The Haldigrat is light enough for the ascent and burly enough for the descent thanks to a supple, sustainable outer fabric made of durable post-consumer recycled nylon, and a Drytech Pro Technology waterproof membrane. A freeride-inspired long cut offers a laid-back style loaded with features. It features plenty of pockets, a helmet-compatible hood and underarm vents.

excellent for resort skiing overall an excellent coat. Fits over a large puffy down coat and the hood fits nicely over my helmet, But is annoying to use the hood if not wearing a helmet. Plenty of pockets for all your needs. the arm pit vents are really nice when skinning up in the back country. I like the safety signal diagram on the inside for a quick reminder of what to use. definitely recommen

Used this jacket for a Used this jacket for a hard shell when climbing mountains. Keeps the wind and water out as long as you have sufficient underlayers. Great but no orange Took it on a ski trip to southern Canada at around 5000-8000 ft. It was bitter cold 0 to 20 fahrenheit.
