I gave this jacket a I gave this jacket a 7 because while at the same time it's nice and light jacket and not too heavy I would say for a rain jacket, it's a little too light at the same time as well. I personally would have preferred if it were a bit heavier like some other rain jackets I've had in the past. So I've not only worn this in the rain but in windy weather as well and in windy weather,
