Good mid sized pack I use this bag for the gym. It’s a little too small to travel with unless your using an it for a single night. I would recommend it for stowing any type of gear. I’ll use with for my lifting shoes, wraps and belt. I would recommend for a beginner not so much for expert. Again the internal volume is a little small and I would consider it good for a day pack. I would not use for
