Description

An instant classic upon its inception over 10 years ago, the Salomon Sickstick snowboard is constructed with bamboo and cork components for a lively, nimble ride while reducing weight and waste.

Klíčová fakta

• ABC Wrapper construction uses lively bamboo for explosive ollies and reactive turns; this combines with Popster and a light and snappy Ghost Green Core for maximum load
• ABC Wrapper, a patented process using structural wood veneers, reduces fiberglass and resin content in each board by 40%
• Tapered twin shape centers your stance to the sidecut and effective edge so you can ride well in any direction; it also reduces swing weight in the tail for quick, tight turns
• Rock Out Camber is flat between your bindings for stability, with camber near your feet for response and rocker on the tip/tail for pressability
• This allows for easy turn initiation and assistance in deeper snow while the tapered tail allows for added buoyancy in the nose—like a boat hull in deep snow
• Designed by Wolle Nyvelt, this tapered twin turns 6-inch days into 12-inch days and makes riding switch in pow a breeze
