Klíčová fakta

• Convenient way to consume delicious calories with an optimal ratio of carbohydrate, protein, fat and salt for refueling and rehydrating after your longest and hardest workouts
• 4:1 carbohydrate-to-protein ratio helps you recover faster than carbs or protein alone after endurance exercise
• Complete milk protein (naturally occurring whey/casein balance) has the highest amount of essential amino acids per gram of protein compared to partial milk or other proteins
• Added lactase allows lactose-intolerant people to drink this recovery mix
• Probiotic BC30, which has 1 billion active cultures per serving, aids in digestion, minimizes muscle soreness and facilitates better protein absorption
• Sugar content is high because simple, easily absorbed carbs such as cane sugar are what the body needs to go from catabolic (break down) state to anabolic (recovery) state
• Contains enough sodium to replenish diminished electrolytes and stave off dehydration
• Drink as soon as possible after finishing a long, hard workout (2+ hours) to quickly replenish depleted glycogen stores in tired muscles
• Shake, don't stir, to properly mix the powder
• Can be mixed with cold or hot water (think recovery hot chocolate!)
• Non-GMO; gluten-free; vegetarian; kosher
